How long does an epoxy garage floor take?
Most residential coating jobs take one to three days. We give you exact walk-on and drive-on times for your system.
Will hot tires lift the coating?
Not when the slab is ground and the system is built right. Hot-tire pickup is almost always a prep or product problem.
Can you coat over cracks?
Yes, after we repair them. We fill and grind cracks flush. Cracks from active soil movement can come back, and we point those out first.
Can you remove an old peeling coating?
Yes. We grind it off to bare concrete before we start. It is the only way a new coating holds.
How much does it cost?
It depends on size, slab condition and the system you choose. We give you an exact written price after a free visit.
Decks and patios
Will a stamped pool deck get too hot?
Lighter colors stay noticeably cooler than dark ones. We bring light options to your estimate.
Is stamped concrete slippery?
Sealer can be slick when wet, so around pools and on walks we add a grit additive.
